Javier Saviola could be party to an audacious bid from English Premiership outfit Bolton Wanderers... Sport.es contends that Real Madrid outcast Javier Saviola (pictured) is wanted by English outfit Bolton Wanderers.
With Nicolas Anelka possibly leaving the Reebok Stadium in January, and Saviola being out of favour in the Spanish capital, apparently the English side are set to make a speculative bid in the next few days. Even if Anelka does not leave, then Saviola is still said to be under observation.
Whether or not he'd accept a move to the Trotters remains to be seen, but some would say that there is precious little to keep him in Madrid. The Rabbit has made just three Liga starts and two substitute appearances since arriving at the Bernabeu, his most recent piece of league action coming on October 28th. As such, it's been a difficult time in Madrid for the man who left Barcelona in an acrimonious free transfer, and one wonders if his travels are not over yet.
